LYNN SOLOMON, ESQ.
Lynn Solomon is an active participant in the community and serves on the board of directors of a number of community organizations such as day care centers, affordable housing organizations and voluntary bar organizations.
As a real estate professional, she serves as closing agent and issues title insurance on all types of real estate transactions, including short sales and loan modifications. She also represents individuals in foreclosure defense, partition actions, quiet title actions and other real estate related matters.
Another aspect of her practice involves helping families and individuals plan for disability and other end of life decisions. When you are no longer able to maintain your independence, you need a trusted individual to act as your surrogate to make medical decisions and manage your business and financial affairs on your behalf. She prepares the documents to insure the “continuum of care” is in place. The next aspect is to develop a plan (i.e. will or trust) to pass on your assets to your heirs. That is, Lynn Solomon helps you determine your legacy and how it will be remembered.
Her final area of practice is her business and corporate practice consisting of corporate formation, preparing operating agreements, partnership agreements and dissolution agreements and negotiating and closing on financing transactions. She represents a number of small businesses including medical doctors and non-profit organizations.
